Wheelie bin collections
We will collect (free of charge) broken and damaged bins in any condition and in any size up to and including 1,100 capacity.

We require no pre-treatment of the bins such as washing. We prefer the wheels to have been removed, but do not insist upon this.

We will collect from more than one site or depot within an authority.

WE will collect from you on a scheduled service that can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Alternatively we can collect on demand - within 48 hours of your call.

All collections are made using our own transport and our own staff.

WE do not stipulate a minimum number of bins we will collect but seek to schedule collections so as to uplift a reasonable quantity.

We are happy to provide details of the tonnage of bins to have been recycled for each local authority and documentary proof of recycling as part of the service.

The only condition we impose is that the bins must be empty.

Drum collections
We will collect your waste HDPE plastic drums free of charge if they are clean, free of contamination and in quantities over 500 kilos. This means that you may have to clean your drums using one of the following techniques:

• Triple rinsing
• Pressure washing
• Steam cleaning

The inside of all containers must be dry and free of any residues. Please ensure that you also clean all seals, lids and caps. Do not replace caps or bungs or tops on the rinsed containers but keep them for us in a separate container.

Store the drums inverted to ensure they are fully drained. Please remove labels if possible and keep the drums in dry conditions or on hard standing under a tarpaulin.

In those circumstances where drums have contained non-hazardous material and a liner has been used to prevent contamination, the drums may already have an adequate level of cleanliness. However in these circumstances we would first need to inspect and assess a sample.

Please take all necessary health and safety precautions, wear the appropriate PPE and read the label for disposal instructions before washing.

Do not wash containers with residues of phosphides of aluminium, magnesium or zinc or those that could cause reactions or gassing such as hydrogen cyanide. We regret we cannot take these containers.
